Sup guys. Thought you might like to check out what I'm up too. Here's a prototype I put together to run some numbers and test stuff. I used my stem from my lotus to hold the herb and build the test heater around. I'm using an arduino to run the heater through a MOSFET with two thermocouples and the heater control showing up on the LCD. Im from Brazil, a country with a lot of people close minded, so for me its pretty convenient to have a vaporizer. However we have a really strict law and no incentives for companies to import or sell vaporizers. So I decided to build my own - also, I would like a portable one.

I have a fan which sits on my fireplace insert and turns without batteries when the fire is on.

Took apart my Silver Surfer a while back and mated it to a Hakko handle. Similar to the new VRIP wand or the old Hot Glass, but a little simpler! This thing works great for big cold vapor bong hits. I am stoked, good addition to my PD. More details to come.

i´m using the vapbong/ vaponic a few years now and as spare parts if they broke are not very cheap , i´ve tried to copy it.
it works and i got a cheapo disposable vape.

What's up FC! I've heard of this site but never registered before. I'm currently in the planning process of building a vape that is powered by a vehicles 12v outlet, and am having some trouble making my design feasable.

I'm by no means an electronics expert, most of my knowledge of dc circuitry comes from hours of scouring google.

I have some rather large, nicely sanded down Bamboo pieces. I've had them for a while now, and they are gathering dust. I'm wondering how i could go about making a log vape with them, or if they are too big, other vapor-related accessories I could make with them.

Whilst surfing the vast expanse of the interwebs i happened across this page:
